Elaine W. Jennings 68, of Hillsville, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Jennings, parents Glenn & Opal Nester Wright; sister-in-law Polly Wright. She is survived by two sons & daughter-in-law, Terry & Teresa Jennings and Dennis Jennings all of Hillsville; two brothers & sister-in-law, Clinton & Dora Wright of Martinsville, and Paul Wright of Hillsville; sister & brother-in-law Glenna & Thomas Shockley of Hillsville; four grandchildren, Ethan Jennings, Lauren Jennings, Levi Jennings, and Melanie Jennings. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 7:30 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Michael Shockley officiating. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Hill Cemetery with burial following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 5:30 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Joy Ranch in Woodlawn, VA, or to the Gideons. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
