Eileen H. Phillips passed away peacefully July 7, 2022 in Arlington, Va. A daughter of May and Orbin Hicks, she was born and raised in Hillsville, Va. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Oden R. Phillips who passed away in 1997.

Survivors include her two sons, Rex Phillips of Portland Oregon and Richard Phillips of Falls Church Va. as well as five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 30th at 11:00 AM at Vaughan Guynn McGrady Chapel with Pastor Stephen Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 30th from 10:00 until 11:00 Am prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer or Dementia research charities are suggested. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
