Edna D. Goad, 82 of Willis passed away Friday, February 24, 2006 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Ms. Goad is survived by her son James Nelson Goad of Willis; daughters & sons-in-law Virginia & Danny Lynch of Thaxton, Ellen & Connie Huff of Willis and Etta & Joe Martin of Willis; and two step grandchildren Brian and Jamie Huff.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 1:00 P.M. with the Dr. James DeBoe officiating. Burial will follow in the Dalton Cemetery on Sutphin Town Road. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. on Monday night at the funeral home.
