Edna Elizabeth Bowman Hall, 85 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Hall was born in Carroll County to the late Samuel E. & Kizzie Ann Coulson Bowman. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Arba N. Hall; son Ralph Hall; brothers Duel Bowman and Swanson Bowman; and sister Faye Martin. She is survived by her daughters Joyce Hall and Jean Hall both of Fancy Gap, Linda Dalton & friend Roger King and Ann Largen & husband Kenneth all of Hillsville; sons & daughters-in-law Roger & Diane Hall, Worth & Carolyn Hall, Virgil & Pauline Hall, and Larry & Rebecca Hall all of Fancy Gap; daughter-in-law Patricia Hall of Fancy Gap; ten grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Sky View Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Wendell Horton and Rev. David Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb-Skyview Cemetery. Mrs. Hall will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Friday, February 18, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to charity or organization of your choice. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
