Edith Branscome Alderman 97, of Hillsville passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Alderman; and parents, Toby and Mary Jane Branscome. Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Randy and Kathy Alderman, and Lynn Alderman all of Hillsville; sister, Louise DeHaven of Hillsville; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Pine View Cemetery with Pastor David Bays officiating. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
