Earnie D. Quesinberry, age 91 years and two months entered Heaven on October 29th with all her children by her bedside. She was the daughter of the late Esau Jacob and Cora Ayers of Cana, Virginia. Also preceding in death is her husband of 61 years, Randal Jackson Quesinberry and three brothers, Harless B., William Chester and Barnard Ayers who were all of Cana, Virginia. Surviving are five daughters and sons-in-law: Oleta Dalton (late George Clinton") of Hillsville, Virginia; Lois Almalee" Goad (Foy) of Dallas, North Carolina; Annie Bell Taylor (late Tom Taylor) of Denver, North Carolina; Blendia Herr of Roanoke, Virginia; Ranelle Kasper (Michael) of Huntersville, North Carolina. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. One sister-in-law: Ollie Ayers of Cana, Virginia and many nieces and nephews also survive. Earnie was a member of the Round Knob Baptist Church of Fancy Gap, Virginia all of her adult life where she took great joy in preparing abundant boxes of food for the sick and bereaved as well as church events, visiting on Sunday afternoons and doing missions. This is not the end and she will live on in our hearts, in our loving memories, and in her daughters. Her body will be laid to rest until the rapture by her husband's in the Heath Banks Cemetery near their beloved church. Visitation will be Saturday, November 1st, 2014 from 6:00 until 8: 00 PM. Funeral will be held Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, in Hillsville, Virginia with Pastor Wendell Horton officiating. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel.
