Dylan Michael Whitaker, 15 of Austinville, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Dylan was born in Galax, VA to David and Jennifer Miller Whitaker.  In addition to his parents, he was also survived by sisters, Gracie Whitaker and Rylie Whitaker; grandparents, Janett and Mike Miller, Joe Whitaker, and Shelia and Adam Lineberry; uncle, Chris and Dedra Whitaker; and aunt, Ashley Badget.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM prior to the service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
