Douglas Stewart Wyatt, 75 of Fancy Gap, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at his home. Mr. Wyatt was born in St. Louis, MO to the late William Douglas and Kathryn Gingrich Wyatt. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Marsha Wyatt and a son-in-law Randy Cochran. He is survived by his wife Norma F. Wyatt of the home; children & spouses Douglas Stewart Wyatt, Jr. of Chesapeake, VA, Linda K. Peters of Waiptku, HI, Michael K. & Robin Brady of Pevlly, MO, Teri Cochran of Manchester, TN and Cheri & Kenny Arnold of Harrisburg, MO; seven grandchildren Amanda K. Wyatt, Bethany M. Wyatt, Andrew Wyatt, Casey Arnold, Lacy Brady, Benjamin Brady, and Joe Right; and one great grandchild Gracie Right.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Freedom Baptist Church with Rev. D.G. Fox, Rev. Charles Bunn and Rev. Thomas Hart officiating. Burial will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Friday, July 31, 2009 from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
