Douglas E. Crigger, 56 of Austinville, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mr. Crigger was born in Carroll County to the late Elmer Iverson & Sarah Jane Parnell Crigger. He is survived by his sisters & brothers-in-law Judy & Gene Beasley of Austinville, Darlene & Bobby Beasley of Austinville, and Linda & Eldon Winesett of Woodlawn; and brother & sister-in-law Leon & Karen Crigger of Austinville.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. Herman Jay Fields officiating. Burial will follow in the Shorts Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
