Dosha Viola Asbury Hicks, 86 of Radford, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Pulaski Community Hospital.  She was born in Warriormine, West Virginia on July 4, 1937 to the late Robert and Lillie Elizabeth Asbury.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Burton Hicks; and older siblings, Titus Asbury, Simon Asbury, Walter Asbury, Austin Asbury, Irving Asbury, Robert Asbury, Victor Asbury, Flora Vermillion and Georgia Harless.

She is survived her daughters and spouses, Terry Jo and Larry Largen and Cynthia Ann and Quentin Storm; grandchildren and spouses, Brandyn and Aurora Williams, Taylor and Koty Wetzel, Joseph Storm, Nathan and Holly Storm, Levi Largen and Collin Largen; great-grandchildren, Quentin Storm, Arthur Storm and Sophia Largen; and beloved cats, Raisinette, Chedda, and Mistress.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Joe Bryant officiating.  Burial will follow in the Dalton Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service.   Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
