Dorothy Alice Quesinberry, 102 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at her home.  Mrs. Quesinberry was born on August 8, 1921 in Carroll County, Virginia.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Hughes Quesinberry; daughter, Hulen Quesinberry; son, Bobby Quesinberry; brothers, Carrol Bowman, Haywood Bowman, Donald Bowman, Elmo Bowman, and Gary Bowman; and sisters, Iris Gardner, Christine Webb, and Anna Ruth Martin.

Survivors include her son, Roland Cecil Quesinberry; grandchildren, Sarah Lawson and Charlie H. Quesinberry (Sadie); great-grandchild, Bobby Allen Quesinberry; three step-great-grandchildren, Sheila Edwards, Jeffery Fisher, and Augustis Meadows; daughter-in-law, Martha Quesinberry; and sisters, Lilly Webb and Dawn Vinson.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Wendell Horton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Quesinberry Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
