Rev. Donnie Gale Marshall, 53 of Dugspur, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2010. Mr. Marshall was born in Carroll County to John and Blanche Turman Marshall of Willis. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Mary Joanne Marshall of the home; son & daughter-in-law Robb & Tonia Marshall of Willis; daughter & son-in-law Jennifer & Mark Vass of Galax; brothers Larry Marshall of Smyrna, TN, Ronnie Marshall of Willis and Randall Marshall of Willis; three grandchildren Melyssa Marshall, Joshua Marshall, and Myranda Marshall.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. J.C. Willard and Rev. Norman Goad officiating. Burial will follow in Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
