Dennis LeeRoy Frazier, 88 of Dugspur, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Grayson Rehabilitation and Health Center. Mr. Frazier was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late Paul Clifton and Ethel Mae Shupe Frazier. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Gene Frazier.

Survivors include his wife, Mardell Ann Goad Frazier of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Randall Kevin and Michelle Frazier of Dugspur and Gary Dwayne and Tina Frazier of Wytheville; grandchildren, Kristen Jay Frazier, Katie Sue Frazier, and Kelsey Grace Frazier; great-granddaughter, Léigha Faith Frazier; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois Gallimore of Hillsville, Martha and Jackie Bullins of Woodlawn, Freda Sowers of Galax, and Jewell and Paul Burcham of Woodlawn; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy Frazier and Wilma and Paul "Buzz" Frazier, Jr. and Karen all of Austinville.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 3:00 PM with Rev. Avis Nester and Pastors Gary and Tina Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in the Cox Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 until 3:00 PM prior to the service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
