Delphie Jane Willey, 45, of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013. Ms. Willey was born in Hartford County, Maryland to the late Delzie Edward and Betty Elaine Strong Cordell. Survivors include her brothers, Delzie Edward Cordell, Jr. of Hillsville and Jerry Clifford Cordell of Maryland; and sisters, Connie Sue Cordell of Hillsville, Cynthia Kay Cordell and Linda Ann Smith both of Maryland. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
