Delphia Hall Montgomery, 91, of Woodlawn, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Wheatland Retirement Center. Mrs. Montgomery was born in Carroll County to the late Henry Wyatt and Stella Elizia Bowman Hall. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Coy C. Montgomery. Survivors include her sister, Annie Hall of Ohio and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Nathan Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the Henley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice 1477 Carrollton Pike, Hillsville, VA 24343. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Montgomery family.
