Della Viola Hawks, 90, of Akron, OH passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2007 in Akron. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus C. Hawks. She is survived by daughters and son-in-law Della and Edward Rice of Akron and Loretta Webster of Utah; son Ralph Hawks of Akron; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan Guynn McGrady Chapel, with Rev. Norman Goad officiating. Burial will follow in Stockner Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
