Delilah Rose Holdaway Goad, 68, of Laurel Fork, went to be with the Lord on November 08, 2025, after an 8-year battle with cancer.

Delilah was born on 10/21/1957 in Independence Virginia.

Delilah is proceeded in death by her grandson, Hezekiah Goad, her brother Jerry "Robin" Holdaway and her parents June and Frances Holdaway.

Delilah is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Ronnie Goad; daughter, Valerie (Joey)  Horton; son, Garrett ( Carrie) Goad; granddaughters, Kennedy (Baily) Gardner, Karley  Horton, and Bailee Goad; great granddaughter, Rosalee Gardner; brothers, William (Bill)  Holdaway, Terry Holdaway.

There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, 11/11/2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Shade Cemetery in Laurel Fork. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Delilah's honor. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
