Deborah Carol Spencer , 53, of Bluff City, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016. Mrs. Spencer was born on May 10, 1962 in Carroll County. She is survived by her husband, Larry Spencer; parents, Rev. Curtis and Carol Dalton; step daughter, Christina Linville; brother and sister-in-law, Rev. C. Edward and Barbara Dalton; sister and brother-in-law, Christi and Randy Lineberry; step grandson, Solomon Linville; and special nephew, John L. "Johnny" Dalton.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. D.G. Fox and Rev. Clayton Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Parnell Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
