Debbie C. Goad, 52, passed away on March 6, 2009 at her home. Mrs. Goad was retired from the public school system after 30 years of employment. She was preceded in death by her son Jonathan Boyd, and parents Avis & Blanche Collier. Mrs. Goad is survived by her husband Nelson Goad of Willis; sisters and brothers-in-law Rebecca & Roger Alderman of Hillsville, Jill & Zane Saunders of Dugspur; niece Anna Saunders; and nephews Isaac Saunders and Roger Alderman, Jr.
