Daryl (Reid) Flowers, Jr 48 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2009 at the Lake Norman Medical Center. Mr. Flowers is survived by his daughter Danielle Elizabeth Flowers of Hillsville; parents Daryl & Irene Flowers of Hillsville; brothers Barry Wayne Flowers of Ashburn, VA and Christopher K. Flowers of Maryville, TN; special grandmother Eula Mae Corvin of Rural Retreat; one special niece; and three special nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Dr. Alan Cherry officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardner Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00AM.
