Danny Nester, 53, 0f Hillsville passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014. Danny was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Brice Nester. He is survived by his mother and step father, Nancy Nester Goad and Russell Goad; sister, Regina Nester of Hillsville, step brother, Bobby Goad of Willis; step sister, Loria Goad of Hillsville. Danny is also survived by all of his Carroll County Sports Family. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Elder Lewis Vass, Elder Ronald Bowman, and Elder David Kamoda officiating. Burial will follow in the Goad-Nester Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 10, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Nester family.
