Danny Cassell Midkiff, 55 of Hillsville passed away December 31, 2005. Mr. Midkiff is survived by his children William Chancey, Daniel Cody, and Nancy Marie; mother Cova Midkiff; sisters Frances, Ann, Nina and Cindy; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at Sky View Missionary Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. Wendell Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Quesinberry-Bobbitt Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday night at Sky View Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
