Cora Juanita Selfe , 82, passed away on February 16, 2016. She was born on March 23, 1933, to the late Alma Montgomery Selfe and William Selfe. She graduated from Sylvatus High School and Bluefield Business College, and spent her career in clerical work.

She is survived by cousin, Lynn (Wayne) Davis, with whom she had made her home for the past nine years. She was a "doting aunt" to Gregory, Stephen, and James Davis and their children. Also surviving are an uncle, Glenn Selfe of Seymore, TN, sister, Linda (Beeje) Jackson, of Virginia Beach, a nephew and niece, and five generations of Montgomery and Selfe cousins.

As desired by Juanita, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February, 20, 2016, at the Liberty Hill Cemetery on Double Cabin Road in Hillsville, VA, with pastor Paul Perkins officiating. After the service, the family will receive friends at Bethel Church, 585 Deer Ridge Road, Hillsville, VA.
