Clinton Earl Primm, 75 of Hillsville, passed away at his home on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Primm was born in Carroll County to the late Preston Clinton Primm and Vergie Jane Goad Primm.

Clinton was also preceded in death by a brother Enoch Nay Primm.
Clinton devoted his life to enriching the community as an active member of many organizations including the Hillsville Volunteer Fire Department (Life Member), Galax Moose Lodge, Fairview Ruritan Club, Hillsville Jaycees, and Carroll County Search and Rescue. He was also a member of River Hill Christian Church. Clinton has sold countless amounts of fundraiser raffle tickets to raise money for these organizations and many others. He was a hardworking and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a friend to many.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Wanda Jane Lineberry Primm; son and daughter-in-law Ashley Clinton Primm and Andrea Tolbert-Primm; grandchildren Ashton, Andrew, and Avery Primm, sisters Hazel (Don) Lyons and Linda (Wayne) Edmonds. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor David Bays officiating. Burial will follow in the Myers Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
