Christy Janene Roberts, 53 of Woodlawn, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023 at her home.  Ms. Roberts was born in Florida on March 9, 1970.  She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Roberts.

Survivors include her son, Blayze Sawyers and fiancé, Elaina; daughter, Hyleigh Sawyers and Casey; mother, Wanda Lundy Hale; grandchildren, Branson Kicker Sawyers and Cooper Nash Lawson; life partner and soul-mate, Chris Akers; special nephew, Dillon Taylor; fur baby, Jack; and several uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel from 5:00 until 7:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
