Charles Edward Nester, 65, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his home in Laurel Fork.  Charles was born August 6, 1958 in Virginia to the late Edward Nester and Virgie Harmon Nester.  In additional to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Sherry L. Nester and sister Zonnia Quesenberry.

Charles is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law: Crystal and Andy Roberts, Gina Raymer, Jessica and Zachary Clowdis; brothers and sister-in-law:  Donnie Nester and Mike and Debbie Nester.  Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

A graveside service and burial will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Maple Shade Cemetery with Pastor Howard Nester officiating.  The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30 prior to the service at the funeral home.
