Charles William McCoy, 70, of Meadows of Dan, Virginia passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at his residence. Mr. McCoy was born in Radford, Virginia July 27, 1946 to the late Lucy Albert McCoy and Jack McCoy.

He is survived by his wife Marie Corso McCoy of the home, sons Mitchell McCoy, Matthew Shelor and Chris Shelor all of Radford, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law: Shirley Mann of Radford; Myrtle Kenley and Allen of Radford; brothers-in-law Louis Corso, Jr. of Pulaski, Virginia and Sam Corso & Diane of Salem, Virginia, grandchildren Cody McCoy and Mike McCoy. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The memorial service will be held Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Wendall Horton Officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until service time.  Inurnment will be held at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin at a later date.
