Charles Edward Dalton, 87 of Hillsville, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Rural Retreat Care Center. Mr. Dalton was born in Wythe County to the late Howard and Melecy Reynolds Dalton.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Alderman Dalton; children, Felecia Dalton, Wesley Dalton, Tom Dalton, and Chandra Harmon and husband, Mark; and two grandchildren, Courtney Harmon and Caleb Harmon.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Rural Retreat Care Center and Wythe Hospice of Southwest Virginia for their special care.

Private services will be held at a later time. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
