Charles Paul Corso, Sr., 68 of Austinville, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Corso was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Louis J. Corso, Sr. and Agnes Turman Corso.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Hodge Corso of the home; children and spouses, Christine Corso Hivner and Trent of Fort Mill, SC, Charles "Pudgy" Corso, Jr. & Michell of Woodlawn; and Eric Martin Jones and LeAnn of Woodlawn; brothers and sister-in-law, Samuel and Diane Corso of Salem and Louise Corso, Jr. of Pulaski; sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Charles McCoy of Meadows of Dan; grandchildren, Claire Hivner and Claudia Hivner; step grandchildren, Michael Kenny, Cody Kenny, and Christopher Coffin; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 7:00 PM with Pastor Wendell Horton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 7:00 PM prior to the memorial service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
