Charles William "Bill" Henley 74, of Hillsville passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Millie Henley. Survivors include his wife Betty Henley of Hillsville; son, Michael Henley of Hillsville; daughters and spouse, Susan Coble of Hillsville, Cindy and James Azbell of Mt. Airy, NC; son-in-law, Doug Coble of Hillsville; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Donald and Ruth Henley of Hillsville, Robert Henley of Cana, Paul Henley and Dale Burcham of Laurel Fork, and Freddy and Helen Henley of Hillsville; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Dorothy and Harold Smith of Galax, Juanita and Dempsey Goad of Hillsville, Lois Pederman and Curtis Grubb of Allisonia, and Linda and Lawrence Nichols of Hillsville; four grandchildren, Matthew Coble, Taylor Coble, Chelsea Azbell, and Aaron Azbell; two great grandchildren, Aiden Coble, and Callie Coble. Several nieces and nephews also Survive. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Dr. Ricky Atkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 7, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Henley family.
