Carroll Dean Bowman, 76 of Hillsville, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023.  Mr. Bowman was born in Carroll County to the late Carroll E. and Almarie Bunn Bowman.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Hill; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mason and Thelma Primm; and brother-in-law, Rex Primm.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Primm Bowman; children, Tamara Jones (Terry), Stacie Burnette (Mike), and Patrick Bowman; grandchildren, Lauryn Burnette and Parker Burnette; and brothers-in-law, Curt Primm and Larry Primm (Patsy).

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 1:00 PM with Mr. Doug Goad officiating.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
