Carolyn Ann Wood, 45, of Hillsville, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at her home. Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, Harold Johnson and a sister, Angela Brooks. Survivors include her children, Ashley Smith and husband, Darren of, NC and Jerry Lane Wood, Jr. of, Hillsville. Also surviving are her Grandchildren, Dakota Smith and Andrew Smith, her mother, Rosalle Barker of, Hillsville, sisters, Ella Reid of, Floyd and Tammy Daniels of, NC. Services for Carolyn are private and will be held at a later date. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family of Carolyn Ann Wood.
