Carolyn Jean Puckett, 59 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Puckett was born in Galax to the late Cecil Leonard & Helen Tobler Puckett. She is survived by her brother & sister-in-law Dean & Shaila Puckett of Greensboro, NC; nieces Tonya Fulk and Ginger Jobe; great nieces Austin Jobe, Destiny Fulk, Katy Fulk, Sadie Fulk; great nephew Dalton Jobe; and step nephews Martin Hatch and Matthew Hatch.

The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Saturday, June 19, 2010 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
