Carol L. Horton-Hipp, age 66 of Hillsville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 20, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents Dennie & Rachel Horton. She is survived by her husband Tommy Hipp; a godchild Melissa Daniel; several cousins and many special friends. Per Carol Lous request there will be no funeral service. Her legacy of all the children that she cared for at Hillsville First Baptist Church Nursery for thirty-six years speaks for her.
