Carl C. Marshall, 84 of Willis, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows. Mr. Marshall was born in Carroll County to the late Clevy James and Ila Jane Shelton Marshall. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Elrica Margie Marshall and a brother, Charles Clifton Marshall. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Jerell Myers of Willis; granddaughter, Ashley Myers; sisters-in-law, Opal Quesenberry and Anita Marshall; nieces and spouses, Dreama and Timothy Tolbert, Dr's. Katrena and Nathan Floyd and Deanna Marshall; nephew and spouse, Clifton Dean and Sheila Marshall; great nieces and nephews, Andrea Tolbert Primm and husband, Ashley, Aimee Tolbert, Ashton Primm; and special friends and staff of Heritage Hall-Laurel Meadows. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 7:00 PM with Rev. Vinton Quesenberry officiating. A private burial will be held in the Quesenberry Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church of your choice. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
