Bryan Washington Amos, 86, died Monday, October 10, 2011 in Savannah, GA. He was born in Carroll County, Virginia, son of James W. and Addie Allen Amos. Mr. Amos was a United States Navy Veteran serving during World War II and Aerospace Engineer. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Addie Rankin Amos of Savannah; two sons, Nelson Amos of Savannah; Tom Amos and his wife, Karin of Germany and three grandchildren Greg Amos, Chris Amos, and Laura Amos; brothers and sister-in-law Edison Amos and wife Mary Ellen of Rockville, MD, and Hellel Amos of Glendale, CA.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Allen Family Cemetery in Austinville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time.
