Bobby Eugene Wagner, Sr., 61 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a short illness due to a car accident.

He was born July 5, 1961 to Robert Houston Wagner and Eva Mae Mulkey Wagner. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Harold Wagner, James Wagner, and Dennis Wagner.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Tammy Rorrer Wagner; two sons, Bobby Wagner, Jr. and Nathan Wagner; two sisters, Nancy Burris and Barbara Burcham; a host of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly; two granddaughters, Avery Wagner and Devyni Turner; and a very special daughter-in-law, Brittany Stanley Wagner.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Little Vine Community Church at 2:00 PM with Pastor R. J. Buttery officiating. Burial will follow in the Shockley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
