Billy Rufus Combs 87 of Fancy Gap, Virginia passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Banks Combs; mother, Arlene Combs.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Jennifer Combs; granddaughter, Skylar Arizona Combs; grandson, William David Combs.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Mark Mayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Heath Banks Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 10 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Combs family.
