Billie Shockley Ogle Manning 82, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, February 04, 2010 at Twin County Regional Hospital in Galax, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents Dell Smith and Zella Alderman Shockley. Mrs. Manning is survived by her husband H.R. Manning of the home; step-mother Virginia F. Shockley of Abbingdon; three sons & daughter-in-law Douglas & Kay Ogle of Saltville, VA, Mike Manning of Woodlawn, and Warren Manning & special friend Libby Lineberry of Woodlawn; two sisters Nina Goad of Hillsville and Faye Hill of Vesta; seven grandchildren Tonda, Trey, Shawn, India, Cameron, Erich, and Phillip; seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 07, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Wayne Pickett and Pastor Neil Edison officiating. Burial will follow at Monta Vista Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 07, 2010 from 2:00 PM until service time. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
