Beulah Irene Johnson, 85, of Hillsville, VA, passed away on Sunday, June 07, 2009 at Twin County Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Harrison and Ethel Woods Gravley, husband Talmadge (Tommy) Johnson, son Michael Johnson. She is survived by,two sisters & brother-in-law Alene Ayers of Hillsville, Geraldine & Charles Henley of Dugspur, grandson Christopher Michael Johnson of Tampa FL. Also surviving are several nieces & nephews and special family members.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 09, 2009 at 4:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady-Chapel with the Rev. Gloria Rhudy and Rev. Gerald Humphrey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday June 09, 2009 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made toward a trust fund for Mrs. Johnsons grandson, Christopher Michael Johnson, c/o Kristen Puckett 5269 Groundhog Mtn. Road, Hillsville, VA 24343.
