Betty Reynolds Padgett, 85 of Woodlawn, VA passed away on January 8, 2021. She now resides in Heaven. Betty was born May 31, 1935 to Martin and Lila Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Padgett; brothers, Bill Reynolds and Ted Reynolds.

Betty worked at Hanes and Bassett Walker.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Joey and Sherry Padgett of Woodlawn; granddaughter and fiancé, PVT. Olivia Padgett and LCPL. Matthew Bakley; grandson, Josh Padgett; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Al Williams; sister-in-law, Daisie Reynolds; "adopted" sister, Juanita Beck. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date with Rev. Michael Shockley officiating. Inurnment was in the Gardner Memorial Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
