Bethel Janette Newman Webb, 86 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at her home.  Mrs. Webb was born in Galax, Virginia to the late Claston Newman and Lattie Edith Smith Alderman.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Allen Coe Webb; and grandson, Taylor Coe Stoneman.

Bethel was a member of the Hillsville Christian Church and a member of the Order of Eastern Star Hillsville Chapter number 71. She enjoyed the beach, traveling, shopping, attending Kazim Shriner events with her husband, and most of all spending time with her family.  She was a beautiful, sweet soul and we will miss her love and support every day.

Survivors include her daughters, Teresa Webb Stoneman (Thomas) and Donna Webb Ayers (Donald); grandchildren, Chelsie Lyons (Doug), Cheston Stoneman (Brandy), Christian Edmondson (Chris), and Thomas Stoneman (Jenna); great-grandchildren, Connor, Madison, Maddox, Aailyah, Raegan, Addilyn and Casen.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the John Pat Webb Cemetery with Pastor Wendell Horton officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the John Pat Webb Cemetery, c/o Donna Ayers 121 Bluemont Lane, Fancy Gap, VA 24328.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
