Bessie Estelle Webb, 89, of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows. Mrs. Webb was born in Carroll County to the late Joseph Pierce and Pearlie Melecy Horton. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Price Webb.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Sue Fleeman of Hillsville; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Linda Kemp of Galax; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Janet Horton of Hillsville; sister; Alta Horton of Laurel Fork; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three great-great granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Norman Goad and Elder Shad Wheatley with Bishop Chris Mattson officiating. Burial will follow in the Joe Horton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
