Bernice Terry, 80 of Laurel Fork, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Mrs. Terry was born in Carroll County to the late Roy Clinton and Minnie Alma Worrell Nester. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Alfred Clinton Nester, Robert Rush Nester, and Bernard Lee Nester.

Survivors include her husband, L.J. Terry of the home; sister-in-law, Alene Nester; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Monta Vista Memory Gardens with Rev. Darrell Joyce officiating. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Friday from 1:00 until 2:30. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
