Belva Gay Edwards Felts, 79 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Clyo Felts; infant sons Wesley Calvin Felts, Larry Ralph Felts and Harry Ray Felts; father Gilmer Charles Edwards; mother Lena Bessie Nelson Edwards; and sister & brother-in-law Mary Lillian Edwards Morris & Charles Bedford Morris. Mrs. Felts is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law Margaret Alice Felts Mason and husband Carl Douglas Mason of Galax and Mary Ellen Felts Boling and husband John Joseph Boling of Radford; sons & daughters-in-law Lonnie Charles Felts of Fancy Gap, Terry Gray Felts of Fancy Gap, Gerald Glen Felts and wife Deborah Kay Edwards Felts of Woodlawn, Dennis Elman Felts of Fancy Gap, Otis Edwin Felts and wife Juanita Mudd Felts of King George, VA and Jackie Dean Felts of Fancy Gap; eight grandchildren David Gene Felts, Travis Dean Felts, Gerald Daniel Felts, Gregory Robert Boling, Steven Douglas Mason, Melissa DeAnn Mason, Regina Ann Felts, and Stephanie Lynn Felts; step grandchild Jeffrey Michael Lineberry; four great grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law Brenda Faye Edwards Styers and husband Donald Ray Styers of Pfafftown, NC and Bessie Lee Edwards and friend Cornett Parks of Galax; and brothers & sister-in-law Guy Otis Edwards and wife Betty Jean Sutphin Edwards of Woodlawn, and Billy Gray Edwards of Galax.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Elder Edward Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Friday night at the funeral home.
