Barry G. Lyon, 62, of Hillsville, Virginia passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023 after a brief battle with cancer. Barry was born in Radford to the late Donald Lyon and Betty J. Alderman Lyon. He was also preceded in death by maternal grandparents Ernest and Ruby Dalton Alderman and paternal grandparents Will and Virginia Iroler Lyon.

He is survived by his brother Bruce Lyon and fur baby Milo Grayson as well as a host of cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 3:00 PM at the Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery, Hillsville, Virginia with Rev. Wendell Horton officiating.  There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
