Barbara A. Parish, 63, of Hillsville, VA passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem, VA. She was preceded in death by her two children, Jamie Hawks and Brandi Hawks; parents, Foy James and Lula Mae Goad Lewis.

Survivors include her husband, Bentley L. Parish of the home; daughter, Courtney Hawks of Pulaski; two brothers, Robert Lewis and Bernard Lewis both of Hillsville; sister, Betty Bullion of Hillsville; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren; niece and nephews, Stacey Bullion, Shannon Nester, and Alvino Bautista.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Doug Goad officiating. Burial will follow in the Isaac Banks Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM one hour prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Parish family.
