B. Ray Lineberry, 71 of Woodlawn, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Lineberry was born in Carroll County on February 18, 1944. He was preceded in death by his father, James Garfield Lineberry; brother, R. Grey Lineberry; and sisters, Barbara Lineberry and Ruby Lineberry. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Love Lineberry of the home; daughters, Dahna Lineberry of Dugspur, Debbie Baity of Wilkesboro, NC and Rhonda Lynn Lineberry of the home; mother, Hazel Lineberry Patton of Galax; two sons-in-law; brothers, C.J. Lineberry of Washington State and Wade Lineberry of Galax; sisters, Reva Bowman and Joyce Harmon both of Austinville and Myrtle Wood and Gay Nell Cochran both of Hillsville; grandchildren, Kelcie Anglin, Devon Lineberry-Jennings, Kenley Baity, Maverick Lineberry-Jennings, and Kerrie Baity; and two great grandsons, Cohen and Cameron Anglin. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ray Bolen and Rev. Steve Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Harmon-Lineberry-Robinson Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
