Avis Daphne Sykora, 58 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 at her home.  Ms. Sykora was born in North Carolina to the late Paul Willie and Etta Virginia Davis Lambert.

Avis is survived by her brother, Paul Warren (Catherine) Lambert; special friend, Linwood Ray Dickerson, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and several other relatives and friends.

There will be no services at this time.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
