Artie Belle Primm, 90 of Hillsville, passed away peacefully with her family surrounding her, on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Primm was born in Carroll County to the late John William and Pearlie Beasley Horton. Artie Belle was known by everyone for having a heart of gold. She was one of 13 children, but one in a million to her family. She never met a stranger and was a caregiver to everyone. She loved being around people and always had a smile to share. She was a #1 award winning Avon lady. She and her husband, Arnold, ran a flea market for many fun years. She was active in her senior citizens group and Rubies and Pearls Red Hatters. She enjoyed many years of watching her granddaughter's clogging team and listening to Bluegrass and Old Time Music. She loved cooking and baking and sharing recipes. Her great grandbabies meant the world to her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Until we meet again sweet Artie Belle.
